SP Transaction to Block users from Updating Sales Order

Hello guys,

I have a specific requirement in which user should only update one UDF field(UDF Field name: Receipt Number) in the sales order screen & should not update any other field in SAP Sales Order.

Is this SP_Transaction notification possible?
