Hello,
I have a case where i want to setup authorization for cost centers.
I want to enable users to See/Manage cost centers that they are responsible for in the standard cost center hierarchy.
Example
CCTOP
1000 - Common costs (CC Group)
100 - Finance (CC Group)
100123 - Employee 1 (Cost Center) Resp. person Employee 5
100125 - Employee 2 (Cost Center) Resp. person Employee 5
100130 - Employee 3 (Cost Center) Resp. person Employye 4
200 - HR (CC Group)
200210 - Employee 6 (Cost Center) Resp. person Employee 4
200211 - Employee 7 (Cost Center) Resp. person Employee 4
In this scenario Employee 5 would be able to see/manage costs for E1 and E2, while Employee 4 would be able to see/manage E3, E6 and E7
Can this be accomplished with one role or do I have to setup 2 roles.
I am thinking that there would be an authorization object for costcenters based on responsible person.
In the next scenario the responsible person for E3 would change from Employee 4 to Employee 5
Hence Employee 5 would be able to see/manage costs for E1, E2 and E3 , while Employee 4 would be able to see/manage E6 and E7
Any thoughts how to set this authorization up???
Thank you for your help!
Regards,
Lars Karlsson
