Complaint Category not loading in Internet explorer 11 but works in Chrome

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a general complaint where the Complaint Category levels are taking a lot of time (sometimes the page freezes) to get populated when this is done in Internet Explorer 11.

When the same scenario is run in Chrome, it works perfectly fine.

I tried to look for any SAP Notes or a root cause, but couldn't find one.

Please advice/help.
