New HTML mashup not available to add into page

I created a new HTML mashup. But it is not shown up on the list for mashup selection when adding mashup into a new tab of ticket details view. Anyone can help on this?

I tried this in Chrome, IE11, Safari.

The steps are as below.

1.Create a new HTML mashup based on an URL. Activate it.

2. Lauch HTML5.

3. Open a ticket. Edit master layout.

4. Add a new tab. On the new tab, add a mashup into the section.

5. On the popup dialog, the new mashup is not shown.
