List of Sales Order for open deliveries, PGI and billing

Dear Experts,

Is there any standard report which shows list of SO, its delivery number, PGI number and invoice number in one report.

Purpose of this report is to get following data in single report:

1. List of SO where delivery is pending

2. List of SO where delivery done, but PGI not done

3. List of SO, where delivery and PGI completed but Billing is not done

Transaction VA06 (Sales Order Monitor) is available starting from certain support pack level in EHP6. See here for some information and search in SAP Notes if you need more details.

Unfortunately very few people are actually aware of the new transactions delivered through the customer initiatives due to the lack of communication about such enhancements.

Yes quite true but VA06 is now a blacklisted object in S/4 HANA as the functionality is not compatible with S/4HANA architecture

lakshmipathi.ganesan - didn't know that, thanks for an update! I'm guessing this is because it relies heavily on the index tables and such. But it still is a good tool for non-HANA systems. I'm assuming with HANA SAP will deliver new transactions designed specifically for the new architecture. Meanwhile there should be no reason to not use the existing transactions in ECC.

jelena.perfiljeva2 - on S/4HANA SAP has already delivered a few Fiori apps for this purpose, e.g. Sales Order Fulfillment Issues, and if these apps are not sufficient - one could also build a custom analytical query based on standard CDS without involving the development team.

There is no report like that, usually can use report custome or query report (SQ01). Using the VBFA as core table,

You can try with tcode VA05. You can enhance it with new fields. Please, check SAP Note 37871 - List display of open sales documents, and related notes.
