Large Values Not Displaying in Crystal Reports 2011

Hello,

I have a client who uses Crystal Reports 2011 to view Sage reports and since having her computer swapped out and CR2011 reinstalled, certain fields in the reports she opens are populated by a string of pound (#) symbols instead of the actual value. Another client in the same office can open the same reports and the fields populate correctly. Anyone know what could cause this?
