Hi,
Few of our global reporting users trying to run BO reports in Mac OS system, mostly WebI reports. They have chrome but still not able to refresh the reports.
We are on SAP 4.2 SP2.
Is there any resolution for these Mac users to run WebI reports?.
Any suggesions are helpful.
Thanks,
Jothi
Jothi - sounds like you may be impacted by this - this is what SAP posted on twitter - "seems latest version of Google Chrome is causing Web Intelligence a few issues. Worth following https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2801625 for updates"

Hi Dennis,
We have Mac IOS users who are trying to refresh Webi reports from IE and they are getting below error. So was wondering does IE or Chrome browser supports WebI reports in IOS or Safari should help these users to view WebI reports?. What is best browser does SAP supports to run WebI reports in BI Launchpad 4.2 SP2 for Mac users?.
User can open the report from I.E but get below error when tries refresh.
Thanks,
Jothi
Only Safari is supported browser on Mac OS, see PAM : https://support.sap.com/content/dam/launchpad/en_us/pam/pam-essentials/SBOP_BI_42.pdf
