Pharma best practice for production

Hello Sir ,

I am currently working in pharma .As per their current practice they produced yield in each stage based on raw material and API consumption and perform the quality check in each stage and release the quantity .y Now in SAP I thought about couple of scenario .Currently they release the FG order and perform yield against each stage .

1. For each stage I would maintain the yield quantity as SFG .Perform the order yield and perform GR against SFG and issue the SFG quantity in next SFG stage .In that case the FG order would not be released until all the SFG stage is complete .Once the SFG is issued in the FG order ,the batch from SFG will automatically copied to FG because the SFG order is created for the FG product .In that case no automatic batch determination happen for FG product .Also in that case same batch number of SFG will be assigned against different FG order and different product as there is no link between SFG order and FG order so SFG (coated tablet) can be issued to different final packaging order which is finish product ?

2.If we dont release FG order ,no batch would be determined .Batch will be created automatically once the SFG product is assigned and the SFG batch number would be copied .What are the enhancement for that .

3.Instead of creating multiple process order ,if i created non valuate/by product material in BOM as a plus and minus and if one stage it is minus, next stage it will be plus ,receive the SFG non valuate quantity through 531(without any specific batch) and next stage I issue the quantity without any batch assignment in the SFG product.Would there be any problem in process .

4.When we have multiple stages in BOM and each stage is SFG and when we explode the BOM and the FG and SFG order created ,is there any link between them /

5.If we use WIP batch for each stage ,I maintained the push button for goods issue and WIP batch in confirmation screen .If I try to create WIP batch during granulation stage confirmation , it would refer to finish product which is in PAC but my yield should be in kg which should be the cumulative quantity of all the raw material issued .Alternatively if we use to create WIP batch from raw material ,system allow me to choose only one raw material ,not all raw material to create WIP batch .What is the procedure for that .
