Material Issue from IW32 tcode

Hi All,

In one of my project , business requirement is to issue material from maintenance order using t-code IW32
when they press print button instead of taking print of material pick slip . Please suggest some user exit
or BADI or any enhancement to address this requirement . Business do not want to follow backflushing process.
