SRM status Awaiting approval even if the Workflow finished correctly

Workflow is finished but document is not released, it stays on status "Awaiting approval".

we checked the notes 2127407, 1466930 & 1697416.

we checked the events, its fine.

So, we cannot fix the issue. and we cannt recreate.

Really we will be very grateful if some body know how to fix this issue.

Did you checked also the workflow log? Is there any error there maybe? Or is the workflow instance completed? Are the following linkages enabled in swe2? :

/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDOREADY_FOR_RELEASESRM_PROCESS_START /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDOREADY_FOR_WORKFLOWWS40000014

/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_SBWFPROCESS_FINISHEDSRM_PROCESS_FINISHED

Please activate all of them if not.
