In my HANA Cockpit I manage 4 systems in different hosts. Now I want to view XSA Logs for troubleshooting purposes. Whom my cockpit admin user is belonging to? where do I have to add Space Auditor role, how to know in which system? Do I need to assign the privilege in every tenant database?
thanks in advance!
Hello Andranik,
XSA Logs Application is part of HANA Cockpit from SP 08 release, so you need to assign Space Auditor role to HANA Cockpit User. Make sure that your cockpit user has the following two roles:
Make sure that you have assigned COCKPIT_ADMIN role to your cockpit user in SAP HANA XS Advanced Cockpit URL.
In order to add Space Auditor role, kindly execute query mentioned in this link
Once the role has been assigned to user, log out and log in "Manage Cockpit" URL and you will be able to see XSA logs.
