Is the bot again not running?

I had this already last week: is the bot already not running properly? In the Builder it seems to be ok.

Hi frank.stoerr , As I imagine your chatbot is in an iFrame, I would recommend putting a

<base target="_parent"> 

in the iFrame code so that every URL be opened in a new window.

Good Morning Aurélie,

today it seems to run randomly ok. At least I get my answers as expected today.

But now I realize another problem: I placed a URL in the answer to the question "What architecture can you imagine?". This URL used to simply open another tab and showed the content. Now, it shows the web site in the little bot communication box. in addition to that, the input field for the communication with the bot is no longer shown (see attached picture).

Is there a setting or parameter I can use to make the web site shown in a new window or tab?

Hi Aurélie,

when running the bot he is simply not coming up with any answer. Questions which are answered in the builder correctly are not getting any answer when running the bot. And in Monitor I can see that again French language has been chosen.

Exact the same questions have been recognized last week with the correct language and were given the correct answer.
