GRC autorization delete

Hi I have a problem.

I made the máster roles and derivates, Ive all ready put the autorization. I upload it to GRC by role import it makes the process and then validate it. We made that process 2 days ago, but yesterday when we try to validate again all the autorization were in blank, like we never Made it. Do you know how and why this happen??
