No additional Service should be allowed in PO other then service which are exist in Quotation

Service PO Should be restricted against Service PR w.rt. Quotation. New services cannot be edited if it is not in Quotation. Lets say I have created the PO w.r.t to Quotation and PR where service X was mentioned. There is a requirement of new service i.e. Y which would be included in PR and then it would definitely be included in quotation else system would not allow to make PO if this service does not exist in quotation. Right now system is not checking any validation if we put same quotation number in PO line item reference.

Process and Description:

Create Service PR:

Maintain RFQ and Quotation

Create PO

Now new Service Requirement arises and end user is supposed to add in a PR, upon approval of PR it should route to buyer for the creation of RFQ and Quotation.

Now system should have a validation check to restrict buyer to create PO if it is not in RFQ but unfortunately it is allowing to make PO by putting the Old Quotation where even this service is not present.

PO is created by adopting PR and mentioning old quotation number

Unfortunately system is doing all what he don't need to do. we want to avoid collusion between vendor and buyer.
