I have a till that had been working fine for 2 months.
This week it has been reported with a red error that is occuring when doing every sale.
I've attached a screenshot, its' after the user enters the payment details
The reciept does not print out & the cash drawer does not. The user manually opens the cash drawer, its after this point that the reciept then prints out & the cash drawer reopens.
Has anyone seen this delayed printing on the receipts before?
I've checked the POSprinter & cashdrawer & both are successfully loaded on startup.

I have since discovered a faulty connection between the printer & the cash drawer was to blame. As it's on a counter I suspect it was moved from the installation position. And the counter staff failed to give me all the facts.

Did you run the Check Health?
What is the result?
Please, review the documentation below and run the Check health to test the printer and drawer.
