SAP IDOC ISsue

Hi Experts,

I have an IDOC failed which is outbound with the messagetype HRCC1REQUPTEVEN and the partner is logical system..

Error message came as "Could not find code page for receiving system" when i saw data records nothing is there..

Could anyone please explain , what exactly this messagetype will do with the target system time events.?
