MRP Exception message report

Is there a way to run MD05 or a report that can be organized by exception code instead of group?

For instance: all that have 96, 10, and a balance stock availability of 0 (after POs are PLACED, not received).

Also, is there a way to flag or note that a particular material is on order and does not need to generate the same message every time MRP runs? Or at very least note it so it doesn't have to be opened to know its on order?

Hi,

You can go to Collective list in MD05 or directly in MD06, Enter, than click CTRL+F.

Go to Find exceptions, you will see how many New and Old you have, select what you want.

In Find MRP elements you can choose only POitem.

Exceptions codes will not change until Planning situation changes. You can display only new exceptions and use Processing Indicator.
