SUM on Windows Server 2003

How can I start SUM 2.0 on Windows Server 2003. I tried to start SUM but get this message:

Try the following: <DRIVE>:\<update directory>\STARTUP.BAT

The host agent should be update prior to starting SUM.

P.s. your DB/SAP Release version can sometimes have an impact on the commands please provide that as well to verify against correct SUM guide.

What happens if you run SUMSTART.BAT confighostagent SID or without the SID?

Please check for errors in the hostctrl/work/sapstartsrv.log on your host
hostctrl/work/dev_saphostexec
hostctrl/work/sapstartsrv.log

I would say look at these notes:

I don't really see an error there the screenshot is small.

Secondly which version of SUM/SAP Release DB and Diagnostic host agent are you running?
