Is cost splitting required for activitiy dependent planning

Hello All,

I have faced problem in SAP. I have done activity dependent planning, while KSII calculation system divides those cost equally which are not part of activity dependent planning. Hence i wanted to know is cost splitting required for activity dependent planning or how can i calculate in actual rate correctly.
