I cannot TECO the production order because open outbound delivery still exists

After upgrading to HANA database.

I cannot do Technically complete for the production order. The material staging is interfaced with WMS.

Before the upgrading, I don't need to post goods issue the outbound delivery type WMPP. and I can TECO the order even outbound delivery still open. (Transfer order still has not confirmed yet)

But after upgrading to HANA database. I faced the error message

"Open outbound delivery xxxxxxx still exists for order xxxxxx" . Could you please suggest ? Thanks

Make sure that the corresponding item in WM is completed

What is error message no? Is that C2370?

Refer SAP note 2727708 - Order can be completed technically despite open outbound deliveries After you implement SAP Note 2166625, the system prevents the order from being completed technically if open planned outbound deliveries with reference to the order still exist

You can allow the technical completion despite the open outbound deliveries. To do this, call transaction OPJB and create an entry for the message C2 370 as warning or blank.
