I cannot TECO the production order because open outbound delivery still exists


After upgrading to HANA database.

I cannot do Technically complete for the production order. The material staging is interfaced with WMS.

Before the upgrading, I don't need to post goods issue the outbound delivery type WMPP. and I can TECO the order even outbound delivery still open. (Transfer order still has not confirmed yet)

But after upgrading to HANA database. I faced the error message

"Open outbound delivery xxxxxxx still exists for order xxxxxx" . Could you please suggest ? Thanks
