SAP Business Objects Web doesn't work on Google Chrome

Hi everyone, I was using SAP Business Objects Web normally at about 3 weeks ago, but, from there to now he doesn't work anymore on google chrome, when I try to open an report he doesn't open and stays loading. I've tried to uninstall and install again google chrome and clean the cache, cookies, everything, but without success. The thing is that BO works in others browsers, but not in google chrome, at least not for see reports. Does anyone have had the same problem?

Hi - SAP posted this on twitter - "seems the latest version of Google Chrome is causing Web Intelligence a few issues. Worth following SAP Note 2801625 for updates" - direct link to SAP note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2801625

guilhermeoliveira indeed we already have 4.2 SP07 patch 300 and some issues were solved but other kind of issues still remain(visual issues and with breaks functions to be more specific), we decide to rollback to SP06

it's problem regarding BO older patches.

Please apply Patch 001100 on your current version to fix this issue.

Refer to the below SAP Note

2801625 - Web Intelligence document hangs or displays no data when opened from Google Chrome version 75.0.3770.80

The Problem is... there are different usage scenarios where different browser are needed - so how can a user possibly know - which browser in which version is now working... that's a bigger problem behind the scenes - user acceptance will decrease when this is not solved soon!

Web browser based solutions need a stable basis!
