SAP Fiori Gateway system logon details - SM20

Hello Experts,

In Fiori gateway system, I see logs generating continuously for all users every 15 minutes saying "Logon successful (type=E, method=A )" Program "SAPMSSYC".

This is not a direct login as the method is A - Authorized impersonation (background processing).

Can someone confirm if this is normal and if yes, why the system is showing SM20 logs every 15 minutes? Thank you.

I recall noticing a few jobs running in SM37 under my user even though I didn't schedule them for Fiori Front End.

It would be worth looking at SM37 jobs for the users that appear in the SM20 logs to see what was run. See if related to any of the jobs in these notes:

2399500 - Job /UIF/LREP_LOAD_CONSISTENCY_CHECK scheduled very often

Hello Colleen,

Thanks for the quick response. I see only job /UIF/LREP_LOAD_CONSISTENCY_CHECK running every hour in the system on one user ID only.

But the SM20 log is showing for all dialog users in the system every 15 minutes. Not sure of the reason.
