Master Role Derivation causing a change on Child role Org Level Values

after Upgrade to S/4 1709 , We are facing an odd situation on roles created Newly . Master Role Derivation causing Org Level Values in Child Roles also to reflect like Master Role.

However issue is not persistent to all ROles. We are not able to identify a set pattern for reason/replication of error.

Any one faced this before ? How did you fix it?

Note that All New roles were created using eCatt Script (Not sure if this is relevant info)
