Why few product status is fault and assigned to recall storage bin during inbound delivery in EWM

Hello

We have received material through STO, created inbound delivery and goods receipted in EWM system. The few product status displays faulty or RCAL and are assigned to recall storage bin. we inward the materials through RF scanner.

Please answer for the following

1. How is products assigned to storage bins in EWM

2. Why the change in status of few products in EWM - (the same error reflects in ERP for serial numbers)

3. How to come over this and root cause.
