activate infoObject without deleting

HI BW gurus,

for some reason the 0crm_tr (infoObject) is not active in production. as such, some of the transport is giving us error. the error seem to be straight forward, however this infoObject was used by 0bpartner and 0bpartner is used by most of the querry. In order to fix this we can delete all the transaction data for all cube that use 0bpartner, then remove the 0crm_tr. The problem is this is like deleting all the data in Production server.

I am looking for alternative whether there is a option to activating this infoObject without deleting EVERYTHING in production. Pls advice.

try run program (SE38) RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE in production to activate 0crm_tr.

i deleted the hierarchy. (which I can easily reload) and I get new result now

hi,

it seems your infoobject 0CRM_TR has been changed from hierarchy not time-dependent to time-dependent,

if it should be not time-dependent, logon to bw dev and rsd1, change/edit, tab 'hierarchy', change it to option 'hierarchy is not time-dependent'. will prompt request, create and try transport.

means it's successfully activated, now check rsd1, i think your hierachy became time dependent, is it what you want ?
