Create new Coste Center Group

Hi, I want to know, if I can create a new Cost Center Group in KSH1, with reference to the standard hierarchy, and make changes to my new group, because in this moment, when I try to do this, I can´t change my new Cost Center Group, the system display that I can´t change the standar hierarchy (even though is the copy I create)

When you use the standard hierarchy as an altenative hiearchy you can't make changes to the standard hierarchy in the alternate. You can only change it in the original. That's one advantange to alternate hierarchies is centralized maintenance.

Do I going to have some effects in my configuration if I change something of my standard hierarchy?? or in what points some change in the standar hierarchy it will affect in other part of SAP?

You can change the standard hiearchy as master data not configuration. when you change it it will change any alternate hierarchy that uses that node.
