UI5 Columns in p13ndialog-selected columns data not displaying in table.

Hi,

I am doing a table binding/live binding. I have 7 columns in table.

when I unselect primarykey(i.e EMPID) from column selection and hit ok-> the remaining columns are displayed with the data. see settings1.jpg display1.jpg

Issue: When I select back my primary key from the settings-column-hit OK->data not displayed.

I am getting the data from the backend.

Thanks for your suggestions,

Chandra.

    Hi Chandra,

I think you are using a SmartTable, in that case if you only select non-primary keys fields in options, the control will not be able to differentiate and only displays the total rows (empty).

If you want to implement this, you can define one more field as key in metadata.

    Regards.

    hi,

but in my DB table i am using EMPID as key and the same i made as key in entity type properties.

yes I am using smarttable. And i observed one more thing i.e-> not only with primary key, when i unselect non-primary keys-hit ok--it will work and again select back those non-primary keys from settings-columns-hit ok-->displays empty columns with no data.

on screen refresh i am getting my correct data to my table.

    Thanks,

    Chandra.

    Hi,

yes,EMPID is different for all other entries.

I am using the same columns as per my ECC db table.

    Thanks,

    Chandra.
