Dear SAP Experts,
My organization is in the process of upgrading our Chrome browser from version 72 to 75. I have heard of some showstopper issues with Chrome 73 for SAP customers. So I would like to make sure that upgrading to Chrome 75 won't break our SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 (ESS/MSS), WebGUI (running on SAP_UI 750 and SAP_BASIS 740), and SRM (running on SAP_UI 750 and SAP_BASIS 750) access.
Please let me know of your experience running the above systems on Chrome 75. Thank you so much.
Hi Howie,
Please refer to Note ##2754651 for important restrictions in new version of Chrome and blocking of certain features SAP Application require in window unload events (session management, e.g). Google have released a fix as documented above.
Best regards,
Nick

Thank you for the Note reference Nick. I was able to find the information needed from this new SAP Note. It sounds like Chrome v75 is compatible with SAP Web UIs as Google has implemented the policy to allow popups during page unload event for Chrome v74 and higher.
Cheers,
Howie
