Is there a report that shows the Act. Variance for maintenance plans?

I understand that we can go into each maintenance plan individually and look at this information (as shown in screenshot below). Would like to know if this is available as a standard report that can be executed for multiple plans.

Randell,

What do you mean by variance; e.g. hours, costs, catalog codes?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Usually the system sent an email informing of activity on my 'followed' tasks. Anyway, I need to check on that.

The variance I am looking for is the 'number of days' which I believe would be the difference between when a task was planned (Plan Date) and when it was actually completed (TECO Date). This would give us an idea of schedule compliance and highlight if we have certain areas where personnel are severely delayed/backlogged with PM tasks.

Such a calculation is available in IP03 (Display Maintenance Plan) when you look at a maintenance plan individually, on the 'Maintenance Plan Schedule Calls' tab, within the column labelled 'Act. Variance'.

Have a look at IP24 ensuring you have the Completion Date displayed.
