ConversationalAI is failing to show messages in Chat Window when connected through webchat

While testing the bot, I’m getting the results for the expression below.

‘Tell me about BASF’ -> this results are in bot-local.png

after connecting through webchat with the same expression it is failing to show results -> this results are in bot-prod.png

can anyone help me with this. mainly i want to check the web logs of the bot.

I am also facing the same issue. In Test Bot and Customized Chatbot window, skills work correctly. Only in case of webchat window, Conversational AI is failing send messages

Hi,

It seems to be an issue. Could you please report it in BCP with the component CA-ML-CAI-CON

On your ticket please provide the url of your bot and the steps to reproduce the issue:

1/ fork the bot

2/ create a webchat

3/ try the following conversation (+ add your example and screenshots)
