ACL is not considered in PS-IS reporting in S/4HANA!

Dear All,

Hope you are doing well.

In the middle of configuring SAP ERP (S/4HANA version 1610) for a project, I am faced with an issue and we hope we can use your help.

I am trying to apply ACL functionality for a PS Project Profile in the system.

It is working for the respective project and restricting the PS objects (WBS element, Network, Activity, ...) by marking them 'red'. However, the users who do not have access/ have restricted access for that PS objects are still able to see the Financial and Scheduling data for them via all the project reports (i.e. "S_" & "CN or "CJ" reports).

Therefore, ACL is not considered in PS-IS reporting in SAP S/4HANA!

1) Is this a standard behavior in S/4HANA or I am missing anything here?

2) If I need to restrict the project reports against each PS object, what would be the best solution?

3) Is it possible to do this through authorization objects or are there any functions to run?

Thank you in advance,

Bita
