SAP Screen Personas 3.0 - Scripting Toolbar hidden in a Flavor with PopUp

Hello everybody,

is there any reason why the scripting toolbar can be hidden with no possibility to bring on the normal position?

I try it in Chrome and IE 10, no differences.

Thanks for some ideas
