Actual cost not reflecting in KKA2 report

Hello All,

I have updated the Actual project cost using T-code KAFD - Cost transfer to project

I can see the actual cost in S_ALR_87013543.

But in KKA2 Report the actual value is not reflecting.

Kindly suggest for the same

Hi Mayur Patle,

Check the configurations related to result analysis versions (OKG2) and Cost elements:Results analysis data.

Check the configurations related to valuation methods( OKG3)-->Valuation basis and maintain the data as per requirement that would solve your problem.

Hi,

You cannot expect by default the actual cost to be the same within Results Analysis and cost reporting. It all depends on RA key and the logic behind it.

It can read from specific plan version, it can exclude some GL accounts and so on...
