HR Workflow - HR Development SubProfile Change

Former Member

Hello,

I am trying to configure Workflow Template WS 01200124-R/3 4.6C.

When a subprofile is changed, it should send a notification to the owner of the changed subprofile.

Standard Task TS01200191 is defined as general

Agent is defined as EXPRESSION - &EMPLOYEE&

However, when I run the workflow a mail is sent to all users in the system, not specifically the owner of the changed subprofile.

I have tried changing the Agent to Standard Role 01200024 PDV Employee with the same result.

Any suggestions?

What is the content of the containe EMPLOYEE in runtime? If it is a General Task, and the user resolution does not come up with anything valid, it is placed in every ones inbox as described.

It could be a problem with the binding, check that you bind in the value for &EMPLOYEE& from the workflwo

Thanks Mikkel.

I figured it out. I set the Expression to Employee Index &EMPLOYEE()& and refreshed the buffers with SWU_OBUF and it is now sending notifications to the correct user.

Thanks again,

Bob
