SAP Analytics Cloud: Error while Triggering Planning Sequence for a BPC Live Data Connection Model

Hello,

we have created a story with BPC live connection model and have followed all the steps as described in SAP Help under https://help.sap.com/doc/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/release/en-US/15c4df4979304b69b52aa28fdc9b2e93.html but when executing the Planning Sequence following error appears:

We don't have any variables in the planning sequence but we have also applied the note note 2738235 to see if this would solve the issue.

Though the issue still remains.

Could you please advise how to solve this?
