Sap MII scheduler hanging on running jobs

Hi, since a month, unpredictable, without error messages posted in the log, dispatcher's jobs hang in running status. Stop & start of the running job doesn't work, meaning that the running jobs stops and starts, but when it becomes running it doesn't process any message. We have to restart the Sap ME/MII instance, an then we see all queues populated, and dispatchers really processing the messages What does we can do to solve this problem ? Any help will be appreciated.

I would check to see how full the NW logs are. Do you have multiple logging action blocks in your transaction? Do you have your scheduler to execute the job with Persist Transaction set to Always or On Error. Similarly what is your Log Level? This is a common problem and you may need to get your NW sysadmin involved to check on these.

If this is not the problem, then more details on what your transaction is doing is necessary.
