I have worked really extensively with Powerdesigner since about 2004...but...from what I can see it has support for AWS Redshift directly. It also supports MySql directly. The AWS Aurora platform is supposedly code-compatible with Postgres and with MySql. My question is if anyone has tried or investigated if all the great stuff such as forward and reverse engineering (either direct or script based) works with Aurora...but using the MySql driver.
Alternately I am curious if anyone knows if SAP plans to include an AWS Aurora driver in a future update.
