Screen painter add-on has stopped working

Hi ,

My client using SAP 9.2 PL 9 ,but I can’t install any add-on even the system add-ons’s like screen painter for your kind information his system is on cloud server, might be this one of the cause,

Please reply asap.

Are you running the addon in 64-Bit B1 Client?

No.

i installed 32 bit client system and running on the same.

Please check the addon package license is assigned to this user.

thank you for your response ,

but i already checked this solution but i am facing the same issue.

Note: System is on cloud server.
