Hi,
we have a solution manager 7.1 system which has ChaRM enabled. We have a new 7.2 ChaRM system as a fresh implementation, we have lot of content in the 7.1 system which was added over 5 years as attachments to Change Requests, we want to be able to retrieve that content and retire the 7.1 system, looking for recommendations on extracting the attachments and content from 7.1 and move it to an archiving or a Document management system.
Even 3rd party tools recommendations are welcome.
