No Change Log Created for Cost Center Via IDOC

Hi Experts,

We are sending IDOC from MDG for Cost Center the change Log for change cost center is not getting created. when I tried to change the Cost Center from T-code KS02 the change log are getting captured and I can see the changes in Change history.

Kindly Help on this issue.
