SAP Marketing Cloud - Can not use standard Segmentation Profiles

Hello All,

I can not use the standard Segmentation Profils when i want to create a new segmentation model.

If i click on create then i get an error that there ist no segmentation profile available.

It seems so that in the segmentation configuration everything is fine.

Hi Carolin,

Can any other user access the segmentation profiles?

Could it be an authorisation issue - check that you have unrestricted access to segmentation in your business role perhaps? Assign SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_CPC_PC (Marketing - Segmentation and Campaign Administration) and change the restrictions to no restriction to see if that helps.

For the Segmentation Profile(s) you want to use do you have the checkbox for "Segmentation Models" (SAP_SEG_MODEL) checked in the "Use in Applications" section?
