Hi,
Is there a way to back close the tickets. I mean set the completion time as 1 or2 day before. As sometimes even a maintenance job done by service technician before itself, sometimes there will be a delay in the passage of information to the CSC service agent making them close the ticket on a later date rather than the date on which it is actually completed.

No, it is not possible to manually change the Completion date field. You can create an extension or PDI field to track the actual closure dates.
