Long Term Planning (LTP) without Planned Independent Requirements (PIR)

Good evening

Is there anyway of creating an LTP scenario without assigning PIRs to it? My goal is to make evaluations using the current demand situation (ie copy the real situation to an LTP scenario and make evaluations on it).
