    Dear Aaron Iola,

Please inform us about when you are facing this issue ?

Generally this is happen when you are trying to update any setting that should be do when no user is connected.

So there is below options to resolved it:

    1. Disconnect users from SAP.

2.If you are updating very IMP setting then do it before or after office Hrs, ie on server stop Event sender service so server will not communicate with any machine that time easily you can do changes, after your work done, again start that service.(I used it when I need to increase decimal places from general setting as I tries with disconnecting all user then by stopping that service)

Please note, solution varies as per your issue.

More 1 ex, we face issue while cheque printing, automatically system lock bank for check printing, for it we manually un-tick it.

Sometimes, when you do reconcillation that time also face this issue, or when you are trying to Update any doc/master, simply ask user to close that window, then u can do your define work.

Hope all your scenario has been covered.

    Best regards,

    Sandesh Shinde
