Fix Asset Valuation

We make a mistake assigning the fix asset valuation to a wrong set of book in SAP ByDesign. How can we fix it?. It is possible to delete it and left only the correct set of book?

Hello Raúl,

I have tested the scenario as per your requirement, in set of books activity there is no possibility to choose valuation views as it's all readonly there and except marking as non-internal flag.

If you want to delete the set of books assigned to the company and it's not enabled in the UI (when there are no postings), we can remove the company assignment from the backend. You can create an incident to SAP to delete the SOB.

Hello Raul,

You might be able to deactivate the Set of books of a company in the Set of Books activity(which has Fixed Asset Settings tab related to valuation) if there are no related transactions posted.
Try testing in your test tenant once.

Thank for your answer. Could you give me some more detail about how to deactivate de Set of Book related to the Fix Asset?

Here is what I have: And specific Fix Asset related with two Set of Book (1000 and 200) in the Fix Asset \ Mater Data \ Life Cycle Data view:

This Fix Asset should be related only with Set of Book 1000.

I'm new with ByDesign so if you can share with me with more details I will be gratefully.
