MSC-01004 Could not create task file

Hi,

I am installing the NW04SR1 (windows 2000, slq) and inthe database instance installation. And it crash in the step 16 with this message:

MSC-01004 Could not create task file C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW04SR1\WEBAS_ABAP_MSS_NUC\DB/SAPSLOAD.TSK

    On UNIX, during the database creation and load the installation switches to the <SID>adm user. If you mounted your DVD as root, then <SID>adm may not be able to access the files...

    This could also be the case on Windows.
