Unable to open EPM add-in for Microsoft office for sap bpc 10.1

Hi Experts,

I am not able to launch SAP BPC 10.1 EPM add-in for Microsoft office, Once i am clicking on the EPM add-in for Microsoft office.

I am getting below given file

but Excel for Microsoft office is not opening.

I am working for SAP BPC 10.1 .

And what you have done to investigate the issue?

Try to use Internet Explorer and not Firefox.

Or click on the "sapaox" File to run the Script.

Hi Jorg,

I clicked but nothing is happening, Let me install IE new version as there is a problem in my IE, But it is surprising for me because demo system is working on chrome then why this is not working in chrome ..

let me check i will share the same here ..
