Issue in BDC Recording while Creating Object Dependency

Hello Gurus,

I am working on Variant Configuration.I have to create Object dependecy using BDC

While recording CU01,I am unable to get dependency logic in dependency Editor.

I goto CU01 >Dependency Description>Status>selection condition>Dependency Editor>Write Dependency

while recording Dependency logic is not coming

Please suggest solution.What logic should i give to abap guy .

BDC cannot record GUI controls. Workaround: use BAPI if it exists; search "BAPI Creating Object Dependency" in the forum.

Dear Sandra,

Dependency Editor has not any field name.

So how the abap guy comes to know from where the Dependency editor data fetch.

Please Suggest any solution.

I did not get Bapi for creating Dependency

Hi Prasad Shanware,

I had same problem but i have succeeded with SAP GUI Script recording. I will create the blog regarding this. Try with SAP GUI Scripting.
