Hello,

To solve your issue please do the solution part of KBA 2470451 - job SM: CSU_DOWNLOAD_DELIVERY canceled

For me it looks like the used user for the job isn't maintain in the sds_configuration. If you perform the check via the application the user will be used who performed the button click to check for updates.

the best in the configuratiuon of the sds_configuration is to let the column "User Name" empty at S_User Data and Execution Parameters.

Hello Raju,

You need to complete "Set up Connections to SAP" in SOLMAN_SETUP > System Preparation. Without this RCD Automatic download Process wont' work
