Dear Venkat,

please follow the system copy guide for a database independent system copy using R3load export and import.
The guide can be found at "https://support.sap.com/sltoolset" > "System Copy option". You have to choose either the guide for "Systems Based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0/7.0 EHPs" or "Systems Based on SAP NetWeaver 7.1 & Higher".

Cheers,
Andreas

Follow the standard SAP migration procedure. To start with, find someone who is certified to migrate the system. Download and read the system copy guide which has all the information you are looking for. It doesn't matter whether there target system DB is running on Oracle Exadata which is basically an appliance with Oracle database, you just follow the SAP OS/DB migration procedure.
